Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and delivered within 5–7 business days. Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If you have not received your tracking email after 3 business days, please contact us at support@cuboratoys.com.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by your country's customs office. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the customer's responsibility. Cubora is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs processes.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Cubora is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly and then email us at support@cuboratoys.com — we'll do our best to assist you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
